Cycling holiday Amsee

We have been part of the Bett & Bike directory since 2008 and are therefore listed as a bicycle-friendly hotel. We offer you a covered, lockable bicycle parking space for your own bicycle. If you arrive without your own bikes, you can use our bike rental in the house. Our friendly staff at reception will be happy to help you find the right bike tour for you.

We have 2 mountain bikes, 12 city bikes and a fleet of modern e-bikes with Bosch mid-engines. We can organize children's bikes and other special bikes for you in advance.

Discovery tours from Hotel Amsee

Discover the country castles and mansions of Mecklenburg Switzerland, explore the Müritz National Park or circle the largest inland lake in Germany - the Müritz.

We have prepared a portfolio with 9 tour suggestions for our guests. The tours can be found in our in-house brochure "Discovery tours north of the Müritz" or you can use the free " Bike MAP " app to guide you through the terrain on your smartphone.

The first six tours from our portfolio all run through a hill country north of the Müritz that was shaped by the Ice Age. Despite the exceptional beauty of nature and the diverse villages in this area, only a few cycle tourists follow the paths away from the Müritz National Park. With these six tours specially put together for our bike brochure, we would like to show you ways to explore this largely unknown area, which includes the Mecklenburg Switzerland Nature Park and Lake Kummerow as well as the Nossentiner / Schwinzer Heide Nature Park.

Tour 7, 8 and 9 run along the Müritz, through the Müritz National Park or
via Plau am See. On these tours you will find a better developed tourist infrastructure than on the first six tours. combine the almost 90-kilometer-long Müritz cycle path or the route to Plauer See with a boat trip on the Müritz bus with a bicycle trailer also runs along the Müritz .
