House technician with all-round view wanted
On behalf of Ansgar Dienstleistungsgesellschaft mbH, we are looking for an employee in building services to support us in looking after the entire facility in Amsee 6 in 17192 Waren as soon as possible.
Ansgar Dienstleistungsgesellschaft mbH offers services in the areas of building management and catering as well as general administrative activities for hotels and care facilities.
We are looking for a technically gifted employee with organizational talent who acts independently and with an entrepreneurial mindset keeps an eye on the big picture.
Your tasks
– Typical caretaker activities such as repair and maintenance work
– Supervision of the technical systems (heating, ventilation and swimming pool technology, elevators)
– Daily patrols and coordination of the work that needs to be done
– Diagnosis of malfunctions and consideration of possible courses of action before commissioning external companies
– Recording of consumption values
– Direct support to the management assistant, e.g. B. Preparation of documentation and basis for decision-making
– Procurement of work materials and related research
Requirements
– Completed manual or technical training – knowledge in the fields of electrical engineering, heating/ventilation/sanitary would be particularly desirable
– Willingness to acquire new knowledge, especially in swimming pool technology
– Identification with the tasks, ability to work in a team, reliability, quick perception, communication skills and the will to push things forward
– Confident use of the PC and modern means of communication
– Class B driver’s license is mandatory
